STOP SMOKING

Smoking cigarettes is the single most destructive habit that most men have.  Smoking is highly addictive and very difficult to stop.

Smoking causes lung cancer, emphysema, oral cancer, infertility, heart disease, stroke, bad breath, erectile dysfunction and peripheral vascular disease.

Second hand smoke is not only anti-social but can inflict all of the above on those around you.

Smoking is expensive.  Not only to the smoker, but to society in general.  Smokers take more breaks at work, more sick days, take more medicine and are hospitalized more.  Smokers are generally less productive at work and less successful in their careers and earn less than their non-smoking peers.

There are lots of reasons to stop smoking.  Wanting to live longer, breath more easily or have more energy.  Wanting to have good breath, better erections or a stronger sex drive.

Wanting to be alive at your kid's wedding or being around to play ball with your grandchildren.  Wanting to be more productive at work, have less sick days and be less of a nuisance to those around you.  Wanting to save money.

The common theme in all of the reasons to stop smoking is:

WANTING TO

If you do not want to stop smoking - you are not going to be successful at stopping.  If you want to stop smoking - you will be successful at stopping.
